The children at Marine Park enjoyed working with Paula and Francis from Dry Water Arts to engage in an intergenerational project at the Curiosity Cafe.
The children in Year 5 at Marine Park have been working alongside artists from The Creative Seed, to produce a video and sound composition which will be used as part of the South Tyneside Winter Parade.

As one of Marine Park’s chosen charities, this year the school raised £237.37 for The Royal British Legion poppy Appeal. Thank-you so much for all of the donations received.
Year 6 visited Northumbria University’s ThinkLab yesterday to learn how their skills of imagination, resilience and logical thinking could help in designing future wind turbines.
Year 1 had a wonderful time singing and dancing with our friends at Chichester Court.
Our Mini Police attended the Armistice Day Service at the Merchant Navy Memorial, Mill Dam. The children made us very proud with their respectful, mature behaviour.
