A group of children from Years 5 and 6 took part in The Great North Run ‘Fit For the Finish’ event, with a surprise guest waiting for them at the finish line! Sir Mo Farah made a surprise appearance to welcome the children as they ended their 2mile run at Gypsies Green in South Shields. The children even had a short lesson in how to do the ‘Mobot’ move. Such a great day had by all.
