This morning, Y3 visited The Word. The children listened to stories linked to Chinese New Year and dragons, as the 2024 will be the year of the dragon.
Children then worked to design and decorate their part of a huge dragon body which will snake around the children’s section of the library. We then spent some time browsing the books before choosing some new non-fiction texts to bring back to school.
